Event Overview

HOLD YOUR BREATH is a 3-day BreathHoldWork retreat held on a private beachfront property.

Students will learn directly and exclusively from founder Erwan Le Corre.

This masterclass in breathwork, breath-holding, meditation, and nervous system downregulation is set in the stunning San Luis La Herradura on the Costa Del Sol (“Sun Coast” ).

The practice entirely takes place outside on the property, on the beach, or in the pool. 

The venue is a private beachfront property with green grass and lush palm trees, providing a beautiful and intimate setting in a serene atmosphere ideal for your transformative experience. 


Erwan's teaching style is insightful, vibrant, engaging, uplifting, and humorous.

 

No prior experience is required.

The practice naturally adapts to your personal ability and will.

Therefore, this retreat is open to everyone.
