This intimate retreat is limited to a maximum of 12 participants, ensuring a premium, small-group experience with direct access to Erwan Le Corre.

Students will learn directly and exclusively from Erwan, founder of BreathHoldWork®.

This masterclass in breathwork, breath-holding, meditation, gentle movement, and nervous system downregulation is set in the world-famous Playa Del Carmen.

The practice entirely takes place outside on the property, or on the beach.

The venue provides a private setting in a serene atmosphere ideal for your transformative experience.

Monday, December 8 

Arrival from 5:00pm onward.

Check-in and room assignments happen together in the early evening so the group starts in sync.

Dinner this evening is not included — you may explore local dining or join others informally in town. 

 

Tuesday, December 9 – Thursday, December 11 

Your 3-day journey follows a rhythm designed for deep practice and true nervous system reset:

  • Mornings: 2½ hours of guided BreathHoldWork training.

  • Afternoons: Long brunch, spacious free time, and a 2½-hour late-afternoon session.

  • Evenings: Shared dinners, reflection, and relaxation.

 

Sample schedule: Morning Session 9–11:30am · Brunch + Free Time 11:30–3:00pm · Afternoon Session 3:30–6:00pm · Dinner 7:00pm

A unique opportunity to learn the BreathHoldWork Meditation first-hand with Erwan Le Corre 

 

Erwan is the founder of BreathHoldWork®—a structured system that uses intentional breathing and breath-holding under neurophysiological stress to help people master their inner self.

 

He holds the U.S. National Record in Static Apnea under CMAS rules, officially validated by the U.S. Freediving Federation, with a 7’29” breath hold. His personal best is 8 minutes and 3 seconds—achieved through the same method he now teaches.

 

These records aren't just a title—it’s living proof of elite-level nervous system control under oxygen deprivation and CO₂ buildup. It anchors a method designed to train neural mastery, emotional resilience, and inner transformation.

 

BreathHoldWork® was built so anyone—regardless of background—can access the inner strengthclarity, and resilience revealed through the practice.

What to Expect

  • Group Size 

    The CALM Retreat is limited to 12 participants maximum, ensuring personal attention, intimacy, and a supportive community.

  • Accommodations

    All rooms are shared. Room options vary (twin, double, king). 
    Room assignment will be organized at check-in to balance comfort and fairness.
  • Meals 

    Two nourishing meals per day (brunch and dinner) are included, crafted to support calm, energy, and clarity. Light morning hot and cold beverages and fruit are also available.

  • What to Bring 

    Swimwear, light workout clothing. Personal journal, a sleeping mask, goggles, or light wetsuit are optional.

  • Practice & Safety 

    All sessions are adapted to your comfort level. You’ll experience guided breathing, progressive breath-holding, gentle movement and meditation — both on land and in shallow water. Breath-holding in the pool is entirely optional.
