Learn breath and mind mastery through Natural Movement and the unique and powerful BreathHoldWork Meditation.

Event Overview

This 2-day Natural Movement & BreathHoldWork workshop will entirely take place outside on the El Zonte beach.

The course will be taught by Erwan Le Corre, founder of the MovNat and the BreathHoldWork methods.

The event is open to everyone.

No experience or equipment is required. 

Practice naturally adapts to everyone's own ability.

 

Itinerary

Both days will be divided into morning and afternoon sessions, blending a variety of movement, breathing, and gentle breath-holding exercises.

Each session will last 3 hours.

That is a total of four sessions and twelve hours of in-person BreathHoldWork and Natural Movement instruction, practice, and Q&As with Erwan Le Corre.

Morning sessions will take place between 8am and 11am, and afternoon sessions between 3pm and 6pm.
