What if I can't attend?
Your place is transferable to a qualified replacement, subject to approval. If you don't already carry trip-cancellation insurance, now is the time to add it — Allianz, Travel Guard, or your corporate travel provider.
Is it refundable?
The place is non-refundable but transferable. Payment is in full.
How does it work once I book?
Before the dates I set up a group thread to organize meeting points, carpools, and the details. You'll get everything you need there.
