"By the end of the third session, I had a clear thought: I didn't pay enough for this course. It became obvious that this was about far more than breath-hold time. Erwan teaches tolerance in a way that applies to all of life, and he guided us into a profound, transformative experience."
Direct one-on-one work for real change in how you respond.
With Erwan Le Corre. Four or eight weeks. Built entirely around you.
About Erwan
I'm the founder of MovNat® and a three-time US national static-apnea record holder.
Over the past decade, I developed BreathHoldWork® as a method for training the nervous system from the inside out, using breath-holding as the stressor and inner mastery as the work.
Private Work is where I apply that method directly to you: your physiology, your stress patterns, your responses, and what you want to change.
Shaped by your situation, your questions and what you want to change or achieve.
For individuals who want to work directly, one-on-one, and apply the method where it counts: in breathing, stress, performance, and daily life.
No prerequisite in experience, fitness, or background. What matters is your willingness to engage honestly with what is actually happening, and apply what you learn.
Whatever you bring — how you breathe, how you handle stress, how you think, or something you have not been able to resolve on your own — the work adapts to it.
One-Month Practice
Four weeks of direct one-on-one work to change how you respond to stress, discomfort, uncertainty, and effort — in practice and in real life.
This is not casual guidance and it is not information delivery. It is structured work, adapted to your current capacity and applied to the patterns that are actually shaping your experience.
Over the course of one month, we build a practice that fits your reality, refine it week by week, and begin creating measurable change in how your nervous system responds under pressure.
Who this is for
- Individuals who want direct guidance through their first month of serious practice
- People who have tried to practice on their own but have struggled to make it stick
- Those who want real change carried into daily life, not just temporary effects during practice
What's included
- 4 sessions (90 minutes each, weekly, video)
- Ongoing support between sessions
- A personalized practice structure built to your current capacity
- Weekly refinement based on what is actually happening, not theory
What you walk away with
A practice you can continue on your own. A clearer understanding of how your system actually responds. And the beginning of real change in how you meet stress, effort, and uncertainty.
From guessing at what works → a clear, proven path forward.
Two-Month In-Depth Practice
Eight weeks of structured one-on-one work to go further and change the patterns at a deeper level.
This is for people who do not just want relief, better understanding, or a short-term shift. It is for those who want to reshape how they actually function under pressure, through breath-holding, breath regulation, attention, and direct application to what actually matters.
The work is still adapted to your capacity and your reality. But the level of engagement is higher, the continuity is stronger, and the change goes deeper.
Who this is for
- Individuals who want to go beyond understanding and change how they actually respond
- People who recognize recurring patterns under stress and want to address them at the root
- Those who want stable composure, clarity, and control in situations that matter
- Anyone ready to engage seriously over a sustained period
What's included
- 8 sessions (90 minutes each, weekly, video)
- Ongoing support between sessions
- Structured progression adapted to your responses and capacity
- Written distillation after each session (8 total)
- A personalized practice document at conclusion — your custom protocol
- 30-day follow-up session (90 minutes, included)
What you walk away with
A deeper recalibration of your nervous system. More stable control under pressure. And a way of functioning that is no longer dependent on trying to manage yourself in the moment.
From managing reactivity in the moment → a system that responds differently by default.
From the people who did the work
"I had been doing breathwork for a year without significant improvement. In 8 sessions with Erwan, I more than quadrupled my breath-hold time. Erwan has a complete system. He teaches how the brain works, how the body responds, and how to work with both successfully. If I had one month to train for a serious test and could choose anyone to guide me, I would ask Erwan."
"This work teaches you how to remain calm under stress, increase your CO₂ tolerance, and understand your own nervous system more deeply. The power of the method is that the insights are not abstract. You physically experience them. I learned how to use stress and fear as points of growth instead of points of collapse."
Which one is right for you?
Start with the One-Month Practice if you want a real beginning. You want direct guidance, a practice that fits your life, and a clear foundation you can sustain on your own.
Choose the Two-Month In-Depth Practice if you already know you want to go further. You are not looking for a short-term shift. You want to change the deeper patterns in how you respond under pressure, with full documentation of the work, a custom practice protocol you keep, and an integration session 30 days out to anchor what changed.
At 30 days you have a sustainable practice. At 60 days, baseline shift. At 90 days, you've seen how the system holds under your real life.
