This 2-day Natural Movement & BreathHoldWork course will be exclusively taught by Erwan Le Corre, founder of the MovNat, and the BreathHoldWork methods.
The event is open to everyone.
No experience or equipment is required.
Practice naturally adapts to everyone's own ability.
Both days will be divided into morning and afternoon sessions, which will blend a variety of natural movements, breathing, and gentle breath-holding exercises.
Each session will last 3 hours.
That is a total of four sessions and twelve hours of in-person BreathHoldWork and Natural Movement instruction, practice, and Q&As with Erwan Le Corre.
Morning sessions will take place between 9am and 12pm, and afternoon sessions between 1pm and 4pm.
Erwan Le Corre is the Godfather of Natural Movement, author of "The Practice of Natural Movement," and the founder of MovNat, a school of physical competence for the real world and world leaders in Natural Movement fitness.
Erwan is also the founder of BreathHoldWork®, a breathwork and breath-holding meditation and performance method.

Erwan holds a US National Record in static breath-holding with a 7-minute 29-second performance. His personal best currently sits at 8 minutes 03 seconds.
