Guided by Erwan Le Corre, founder of BreathHoldWork® and 3× U.S. national record holder in static apnea.
A focused, in-person training container for those who want to experience BreathHoldWork at depth.
These are not retreats in the conventional sense.
They are intensive, very small-group immersions designed to train composure, clarity, and inner regulation under controlled stress — with direct guidance throughout.
Each immersion brings together four participants for three days of structured practice, inquiry, and integration.
The emphasis is not on comfort or entertainment, but on precision, presence, and transformation through practice.
This is for those who want to step out of abstraction and train the method directly — in real time, in a contained environment, with full attention.
Duration: 3 full training days
Group size: 4 participants only
Format: In-person, very small-group immersion
Location: Announced in advance for each immersion.
Planned destinations include quiet, coastal or tropical environments (e.g. Southeast Asia, Central America, or similar settings).
The final venue is confirmed once the group is complete.
Environment: Quiet, natural setting conducive to focused practice
Accommodation is arranged after the group is confirmed.
The emphasis is on simplicity, privacy, and coherence — not luxury.
Training during the immersion includes:
Progressive breath-hold practice
Precise breath control and respiratory regulation
Nervous system training under controlled internal stress
Attention training and composure during discomfort
Individual adjustments within a small group setting
Periods of silence, inquiry, discussion, and integration
The schedule remains flexible by design, adapting to the group’s capacity and the depth of the work.
This is not a performance event.
It is practice-led, experiential, and oriented toward integration rather than display.
$5,000 per participant
This reflects the small group size, direct guidance, and intensity of the container.
Only one immersion is opened at a time, and only once a full group of four is formed.
Dates and location are finalized after all four participants have committed, with coordination to ensure feasibility for the group.
An immersion may be appropriate if you:
Want direct, in-person experience of the method
Value depth over scale
Are comfortable with focused practice and discomfort
Prefer small, contained environments
Are not looking for a conventional “wellness retreat”
Value learning directly with the founder of the method in a small-group setting
