One-Month Practice

 

A one-month practice to work directly on your response under pressure and carry the work into daily life.

We work on how you respond to stress, discomfort, uncertainty, and effort — in practice and in real situations.

The work is adapted to your capacity and real-life context.

Two-Month In-Depth Practice

 

A structured, in-depth practice to recalibrate how you respond under pressure and establish stable control in real situations.

We work directly on how your system operates under stress, effort, uncertainty, and decision-making — and reshape those responses through breath-holding, breath regulation, attention, and direct application.

This is not short-term regulation. It is recalibrating the patterns that define how you function.

The work is adapted to your current capacity, but the expectation is higher: consistency, engagement, and real application between sessions.
