Private Work is an ongoing, one-on-one container for individuals who want to engage directly and seriously with their nervous system, attention, and inner responses — in real time and in the context of their actual life.
The work is adaptive rather than pre-designed. Sessions are shaped by what is present: physiological responses, patterns under pressure, decision-making, recovery, and the way the nervous system meets stress, effort, and uncertainty.
Breath-hold practice, breath regulation, and attentional training may be used, but they are not treated as techniques to accumulate. They are tools for observation, calibration, and learning how to remain composed when the body would normally react.
This work is not for everyone. It requires responsibility, consistency, and the capacity to engage without external motivation or guarantees.
I work privately with a very small number of individuals at a time.
This work may be appropriate if:
You are willing to engage consistently over time, without expecting quick fixes.
You take responsibility for your internal state rather than outsourcing regulation or motivation.
You are interested in understanding how your nervous system responds under pressure, effort, and uncertainty — not just in feeling better.
You have the capacity to reflect, practice, and integrate between sessions without being prompted.
You value discretion, depth, and direct engagement over structure, content, or step-by-step guidance.
This work is not appropriate if:
You are looking for a predefined program, curriculum, or set of techniques to follow.
You want guarantees, outcomes, or reassurance before engaging.
You expect external accountability, motivation, or frequent check-ins to stay engaged.
You are primarily seeking symptom relief without a willingness to examine underlying patterns.
You are not prepared to make time, attention, and financial space for ongoing private work.
