Erwan Le Corre is the founder of BreathHoldWork® — a structured method that uses breath control and voluntary breath-holding under neurophysiological stress to train mastery of the inner self.
He holds the U.S. National Record in Static Apnea under CMAS rules, officially validated by the U.S. Freediving Federation, with a 7-minute, 29-second breath hold. His personal best — achieved using the same method he now teaches — is 8 minutes and 3 seconds.
