This 3-day Natural Movement & BreathHoldWork course is exclusively taught by Erwan Le Corre, founder of MovNat and BreathHoldWork methods.
No experience or equipment is required.
Practice naturally adapts to everyone's own ability.
The practice may take place on the beach or by a river.
Each day is divided into 3-hour long morning and afternoon sessions, blending various natural movements, breathing, breath-holding, and meditation exercises.
There will be six sessions and eighteen hours of in-person BreathHoldWork and Natural Movement instruction, practice, and Q&As with Erwan Le Corre.
This is an instruction-only workshop.
